Honestly Sheila, I used to suffer silently by myself while agonizing over what topics to create content about.

Now, keyword selection and SEO are 2 factors that would take an entire course to explain but I can tell you to take a look at what people are ReTweeting and the kind of content that gets passed around in your niche... then write something similar, but with a new twist or improvement.

This will give you the best chance of selecting a topic people are interested in, and one they will pass on to their friends.
